Community Innovation Grant
What is a “Community Innovation” Grant?
The Yad Alliance Giving Circle’s “Community Innovation” Grant supports organizations and creative thinkers proposing solutions to threats to Jewish continuity and engagement in Los Angeles. We are looking for new and unique ideas to combat the challenges faced by the community as well as keeping our Jewish culture, traditions and faith strong for the next generation.
How much funding is available?
Micro grants available between $2,500- $10,000
Selection process is multi-stage, spanning 6 months, and awards to be announced in April of 2020. You will be notified if you advance to the next stage.
How to apply:
Submit following information and fill out application on JVP website/ link below:
- Organization Name
- Brief description of your proposed program
- Brief description of how your proposed program is addressing a current need in the L.A. Jewish Community.
Applicant Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a non profit organization with 501(c)3 status/ collaborative of nonprofit organizations
- Social entrepreneur with appropriate 501(c)3 fiscal sponsor
- Programming must be acceptable to all streams of Judaism
