Impetus
There has been an explosion of creative Persian Jewish financial success due to our community’s inborn entrepreneurship spirit which is giving shape to an emergent community with enormous philanthropic potential. Today, there are more creative, passionate, and compelling ways to sustain and increase Jewish values than at any time in recent history.
However, a lack of coordination among organizations coupled with closed organizational structures has put a lid on much of the potential energy. A new generation is interested in seeking, supporting and building dynamic, inclusive, and diverse new initiatives and projects that stress the importance and the beauty of Jewish Values within our community in a coordinated and strategic way.
JVP Mission
Serve as a trusted counsel to strengthen Jewish Values education in the Iranian-American Jewish community by strategically coordinating our community resources in a collaborative fashion.
JVP Vision
The JVP envisions an organization that is a multi-generational partnership, committed to building
a platform for collaboration and coordination of organizations, lay leaders, Rabbanim and community
members in a synergistic fashion.
• To expedite solutions to organizational problems by providing access to financial, structural,
and experiential support to organizations determined to increase the education of Jewish Values within the community.
• To engage Philanthropic leaders with an investment-style approach to their funding strategies,
setting aside a proportion of their giving to invest in cause specific initiatives that have a direct impact.
• To encourage a cross collaboration of organizational resources and an increased sense of
harmony when community investors partner up for the betterment of our community.
